These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vista Solutions website and the submission of a rental request through the site. They are intended to explain the baseline rules for using the website and starting a rental transaction. The signed rental agreement issued at approval or pickup contains the final rental-specific terms for an approved transaction.

No Automatic Reservation

Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed reservation. Every request is subject to staff review, identity and eligibility verification, vehicle availability, and approval by Vista Solutions.

Eligibility And Accurate Information

Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver license. Proof of insurance covering the rental vehicle is required prior to vehicle release. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to upload only documents that relate to you or to an authorized additional driver associated with the request.

Pricing, Availability, And Deposits

Vehicle listings, rates, and deposit estimates on the website are informational and may change before approval. A refundable deposit may be required at pickup. Final pricing, deposit obligations, and any approved changes will be confirmed in the approval workflow and the applicable rental agreement.

Cancellations, Late Returns, And Damage

Rental requests may be cancelled before approval. Once a rental is approved or issued, any cancellation, no-show, late return, fuel, mileage, cleaning, or damage obligations are governed by the rental agreement and the facts of the reservation. The renter is responsible for damage occurring during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

Communications

By submitting a rental request, you authorize Vista Solutions to contact you by phone or email about your request, document verification, approval status, reservation issues, support, and legally required notices. This section is about transactional communications relating to your request or rental and does not authorize unrelated marketing beyond what applicable law permits.

Electronic Records

You agree that records and notices relating to your website request may be provided electronically where permitted by law. If an approved rental later uses electronic signature workflows, the signed rental documents will control that transaction together with any related consent language shown at signing time.

Website Use

You may not use the website to submit false information, impersonate another person, test security without authorization, or interfere with the availability of the site. Vista Solutions may suspend or refuse a request that appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or inconsistent with business or legal requirements.

Applicable Law And Consumer Rights

These website terms are governed by applicable Pennsylvania law, together with other state and federal laws that may protect consumers based on where they live or how they interact with the website. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, or other governing law.
