What documents are required to rent?

You need a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance. Both must be current and not expired.

What is the minimum age to rent?

Renters must be at least 21 years of age. A valid ID confirming your date of birth is required.

Where do I pick up the vehicle?

Pickups are at our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location. Hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–4pm.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits vary by vehicle and are listed on each vehicle detail page. Deposits are returned after the vehicle is inspected on return.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

Late returns are subject to additional daily rate charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend your rental period.

Do you offer delivery?

We currently do not offer delivery. All pickups and returns must occur at our location.

Is my request automatically confirmed?

No — every request is reviewed by our team before confirmation. This ensures eligibility is verified and the vehicle is properly prepared for you.

What insurance is required?

You must carry your own liability insurance that covers rental vehicles. If your policy does not cover rentals, contact us to discuss alternative coverage options.
