How We Use Information

• Review, verify, approve, reject, and administer rental requests.
• Confirm identity, age, eligibility, insurance coverage, and document completeness.
• Contact you about your request, reservation, account recovery, support issue, or legal notice.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse of the site.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website based on operational logs and essential service telemetry.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your information for targeted advertising. Website Analytics And Performance Monitoring

This site currently does not run optional client-side analytics or client-side performance monitoring scripts as part of our strict Content Security Policy posture. We may revisit privacy-focused analytics in the future only if it remains compatible with our security standards and this notice is updated accordingly.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are appropriate to the type of information we collect. Uploaded documents are stored in restricted cloud storage and made available to staff through scoped operational workflows rather than public links.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to review rental requests, manage reservations, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the business. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and whether a request becomes an approved rental or remains only an intake record.

Your Rights And Choices

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to a particular request, you may have rights to ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, or provide a portable copy. Residents of New Jersey and Maryland may also have additional rights, where applicable, to appeal a denied request and to opt out of certain processing such as the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. Vista Solutions does not currently sell personal information or use targeted advertising on this website.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or by emailing the same address with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
